“Revitalizing the Organism by the Distribution of Wealth” – an urban strategy for Biella built on multi-scale territorial analysis: ecological, cultural and sport corridors, 15-minute accessibility, hydrogeological constraints and forest systems, from territory to Biella's centre, Candelo and Piatto.
At its core, a stakeholder map: public institutions, universities, companies, foundations, individuals and the third sector, read as one network of relations around shared urban themes.
