The sections of the historic Tashan and Bedesten were combined to generate the section of the new trade centre – binding the new building to the city's memory in the cross-sectional plane.
The system section carries the argument to buildability: corten sheet, box profiles, bituminous membrane, stone wool, HEA 400 primary and IPE 180 secondary beams – the material layers drawn as they would be built.
